Buzzweld Powercan Aerosol - Loaded with Raptor Bedliner
- Raptor 2K Bedlienr loaded into a Buzzweld 400ml Powercan. Shake and spray. These cans offer slightly limited coverage but a pure paint output. Smooth a mid texture nozzles included.
Buzzweld 2K Bedliner Aerosol - Loaded with Raptor Bedliner
- Raptor 2K Bedliner loaded into a 2K 400ml aerosol (pull pin type). This aerosol offers coverage greatly exceeding all of the other aerosols for Raptor. Smooth in finish, the output has a variable van from 8" wide and down, and also the orientation of the nozzle can be altered easily by hand.
TIPS
Add Rust Encapsulator primer to use Raptor as a full Chassis Solution.
Colours will be accurate pre tinting. raptor will subdue and pastellise some colours more than others, especially metallics. Expect variations in colour when using tinted raptor next to products such as base and lacquer.

I got this in the default 'satin black'. It looks great for my requirments - looks more like an extremely dark brown, but close enough to black for me. The cured finish seems to be very tough - as expected. I did not use a schutz gun, but a gravity gun, but still the finish is slightly textured, but still looks good. The instructions make no mention of brush painting, but I did brush paint some difficult to reach areas before spraying. It brushes on just fine. Paint is so tough that removing masked edges afterwards was tricky!

First time using raptor. We used it to paint the roof if our old t2 minibus conversion. Straight forward to mix the colour and hardeners together. We used a textured roller, it worked well and looks great.

Order my kit in a colour I thought would work , after speaking to Craig he advised that it may cause an issue but thought I’d try it and see ( he was right lol) so I asked the questions on a forum , and lo and behold I got a call from Craig and after a little chat we found a solution and he help organise the solution supper quick and at a discount to help me out

Nice and easy to use and leaves a great finish.
I was aware the cans don’t go far but I had just enough to do the job.
If I was ordering again I’d order twice the amount I would if using a normal aerosol.
Overall a great product and a very sensible price.

This says what is does on the Tin, it's fine and I am certain does the job, however, I am not sure I would buy it again, it's great as a backup or for small patches. However, it sprays out very fast and can easily bubble. You'd usually buy this for small areas or specific uses, small things, so you don't have to make up a load of Raptor for a small job, but this spray requires you to spray from 60cm away and it comes out fast. The 400ml gets used up fast. All things come with experience, and while I have no argument about the quality or what these cans do, I was lazy and should probably do the job properly and get the real product next time.
