Fxliner is a tough, super resilient UV resistant Bedliner. Made from a custom 2 component Polyurethane blend, designed specifically for resilience. Some of the many features are:-

2K Heavy Texture Aerosol
These can are true 2K aerosols, offering a "schutz" type heavy texture but from an aerosol. Please note that this is a product we are testing the market with. As a result we have teamed up with ProXL who are letting us use their cans so that we do not have to purchase pallets of product from the manufacturer in Germany. Whilst we guage the market this FxLiner 2K Heavy duty can, will come branded as ToughOx. Once activated use within 1 hour

1K Smooth Aerosol
Traditional aerosol. 2K Smooth Aerosol
two component aerosol. once actiuvated use within 4 hours. Variable output and fan. around 33% more product / coverage than 1K. Once activated, use within 1 hour
2K Heavy Texture Aerosol
Using a Toughox Base can, we use our FxLiner bedliner in this fully 2K aerosol to create a heavy texture finish. once opened use within 2 hours. Once activated, use within 1 hour
1K 400ML Buzzweld Powercan
The Aerosol powercan uses NO THINNER. as a result the can outputs the same amount of paint as a spraygun. This means less coats, a much higher film build and time saved. HOWEVER- the cans empty themselves very quickly. Protection VS coverage. When using a powercan you need to spray from further away. This can can also be used as a textured spray (comes with two nozzles).

It’s all in the preparation, descaling rust and flacking paint and sanding down with 80 grit then tack cloth and degrease before spraying. The spray cans are easy to use with clear instructions on the can. The FX paint gives and fine texture finish with very little air born drifting/overspray so little to no wastage, 2 coats left a perfect finish.
Overall very satisfying to use should have ordered at least one more spray can as the cans discharge quickly as for the colour match perfect.

Tintable fx liner with all the added extras 13 December 2020 | Nick
Recently purchased the tintable version of the fx liner with the thermal and sound insulation.
Absolutely brilliant product very easy to mix as everything is measured out already for you so very little to no waste.
Coverage is fantastic when applied with the fx11 Shultz gun. Being patient when applying and following the directions on the back of the tin has given a great finish to the underside of my project (vw type2 early baywindow camper van) also the colour match was spot on! Highly recommended this product!
