Bedliner DTM  5L No Primer Vehicle Roller Kit

This kit is an anti-corrosiive tough paint, to be applied with the rollers provided giving you a heavy resilient bedliner texture - easy to apply.

DTM is suitable for Vehicle Ramps, Textured body respainting, use as a bedliner, a heavy duty coating, or a chassis paint.

KIT CONTENTS

1. 1x 5L of DTM (you will use around 4 liters to 2>3 coat a discovery 2 fully)
2. 1x roller pack with 5x solvent resistant rollers and tray,.

Colours

• Simply enter your colour preference and we will make this ready for you to simply shake, decant and spray. No hardners, colour mixing, ratio's or isoocyanates. 

Suitability

Compatible with most fully cured paint systems, DTM is suitable for protecting a range of prepared steel surfaces from chassis and underbody to axles, bodywork and more.

Preparation

1. Ensure surfaces are, dry, clean and free from grease, dirt and other contamination.
2. Remove scale and rust
3. Apply 2>3 coats by roller allowing to become touch dry between coats
4. Allow to dry for approx. 3 hours before handling

Will bond to bare steel, keyed aluminium, Powdercoat and more.

Application Methods.

Aerosol > typically 4 coats.  Check film is minimum 100 microns DFT, > 180 microns for higher profile such as aggressive blasting.

Schultz tin spray- Applied neat 60> 75PSI typically

• FX11 Underbody Gun 75 PSI MAX, nozzle fully out. start around 40psi

Properties

Satin / matt depending on temperatures applied at (higher temps, and thicker coating gives more of a sheen).
