This Kit requires a compressor, but does include the awesome FX11 composite schutz gun for applying it. Whilst slightly more expensive than the hand sprayer kit, this kit will put on more product, faster, that is slightly thicker, and offer improved longevity VS the hand sprayer kits.

Zero Prep is designed to protect your vehicle underbody, chassis and accessories from the elements. You can even apply  to damp rusty metal, existing underseal, almost anything under your vehicle.. Our long lasting rust prevention makes it perfect for all weather conditions - even when exposed to jet washing or road salts. Made in Bristol, Zero prep will keep your underbody not only protected, but clean!.

Small Kit - For small cars and 4x4's. (1x 1L Schutz,  1x FX11 spraygun 2x Aerosols, with various injection attachments for those hard to reach places!)

Medium Kit - For medium size cars and 4x4's. (2x 1L Schutz, fx11 Spraygun 3 aerosols with attachments)

Large Kit -  For large cars and 4x4's (3x 1L Schutz, Fx11 Spraygun and 4x aerosols with attachments).

Stubby Schutz Tins are 1000ml

Aerosols are 400ML

Zero Prep can also be used as a sealing coat for existing treatments, and will go over almost any other coating.

Application Instructions

• Remove mud /dirt. cold pressure wash is fine.
• Remove excessive water from cleaning with a brief drive, or air blower (can be applied to dry vehicles fine)
• Put a sheet / cardboard down to absorb run off from applying Zero Prep to underbody.
• using the hand sprayer turn the nozzle head to "spray"
• Apply coating liberally to all areas you want to protect. DO NOT apply to hot components such as exhaust if you have just driven it.
• Allow to cure touch dry before using vehicle (usually driveable within 60 minutes.
