Final Coat - Rubberised Tough FC-RT is a Hard polymer rubberised coating. Designed as an alternative to a bedliner and exhibits the follow properties
- Incredibly flexible / crack resistant
- Sound / thermally insulative
- Scratch resistant
- Any colour
This coating whilst being 2K polymer based is not fast to cure, and is different to coatings like Fxliner, Raptor bedliner, and DTM Toughliner.
READ BEFORE ORDERING
- FC-RT takes as an average 300% longer to hard cure than Fxliner 2K bedliner.
- FC-RT will not be scratch resistant from an aerosol until fully cured
- FC-RT has advantages over other bedliners due to its incredibly durability, Flex, and impact resistance.
- The toughest version of FC-RT will be the heavy texture 2K aerosol

Typically the 2K aerosols take 1>2 days to harden and start to become scratch resistant, and the 1K units take 2>3 days.
Product Types
All FC-RT is the platinum version. This is ceramic infused, with sound, thermal, and scratch resistant properties added.
1K Smooth
Using our standard 1K Buzzweld Aerosol, this aerosols takes at least a couple of days to cure, covers well, and provides a relatively thin coat. Curing is complete once the surface is not longer tacky to touch.1>2 M2 coverage.
1K Powercan
The Powercan outputs a concentrated amount of paint, delivering up to 300% more film build (thicker). Coverage is reduce to less than 1M2, but durability increases. This is great for underbody components.
2K Smooth
Superb coverage, excellent fan head spray of up to 8" and coverage of 2>3m2. this can will have the highest coverage of all the aerosols. The coating will still be thin, but it will be tougher than the 1K can. If you want a top grade finish this is the can to choose. Curies in roughly 2 days,
2K Heavy Texture
This can offers the toughest coating of FC-RT from the can. We use ProXL cans under agreement so they will come branded for that. Delivering a higher curing speed than the 1K, with the build of the powercan, this can is the ultimate heavy duty aerosol. coverage estimated at 1>1.5m2.
