CosyFoam™ is an easy to use spray on Insulative coating. Based on a Ceramic Polymer CosyFoam™ has been developed specifically to be applied with conventional schutz equipment reducing the cost of application, and making it easier to apply than other spray on insulators.
CosyFoam™ will hermetically seal a surface leaving no "weak spots" or joins for heat and sound to bypass the product unlike a matting system. CosyFoam™ Benefits include

We bought Cosyfoam to apply to one of our vans, we are converting a container to be a workshop at the unit but condensation has become an issue inside the container. We decided to use the CosyFoam inside the container before insulating with PIR Board to hopefully prevent any condensation behind the boards. We were amazed with the results, once dried you could feel the temperature difference between the external and internal surfaces of the container, since applying the CosyFoam there has been no condensation inside the container. All in all we are really pleased with the results, it was easy to apply with the Shultz Gun provided, we used a heater to speed up the curing process. We will be using the CozyFoam on our next van build 100%.
