Building on Chassis Guards success Chassis Guard Pro is how we WANTED to build chassis guard originally, but couldnt work all those extra's into the cost. Chassis Guard Pro goes above and beyond jsut a high quality lanolin coating.
Chassis Guard Pro includes ALL the benefits of Chassis Guard Original, but includes MORE Lanolin, MORE Anti-corrosives, INCLUDES ceramic, and adds Vapour Phase Inhibition into the Mix. Chassis Guard pro also includes soem slightly more premium materials. Its like having a gourmet burger, instead of a plain one ;)

Drawbacks of Chassis Guard Pro

How to use Chassis Guard Pro
- Remove any mud
- You may need to warm the bottles prior to use. do this in a hot bucket of water for 5>10 minutes followed by shaking.
- Heavier corrosion can be removed to increase product penetration, or can be left and topped up later on be aware that large lumps of rust (delamination) can come off and not be fully penetrated. If you treat a vehicle with lumps of rust, ensure you inspect and topup more often whilst the corrosion is driven off the base metal by Chassis Guard over time.
- 6>12 month protection apply one heavier coat and fully seal the surface.
- 12>24 month protection, apply one full covering coat, and leave for 48 hours or more. Then apply a full second "heavy" coat. protect from getting wet, and allow to become touch dry prior to use
- We recommend visual inspections are placed every 3 months for higher wear areas such as backs of wheel arches, and the rear 1/4 of most vehicles.
Whilst Chassis Guard Pro is largely made of food grade, or derived from food grade materials, do not ingest it and take steps to not breath it in. Such PPE as a dust mask, goggles and gloves are recommended.

Really good product - Craig and team were very helpful face to face when picking up my order of this also.
Quite easy to use once you get the hang of it - originally quite gloopy even in warm conditions with the sprayer, so it didn't seem to atomise. Used a paint brush and holder instead for some areas, wasn't the end of the world if some came off the chassis for me.
Once got the hang of it, whole car (Mazda 2) was covered twice with one bottle, with some still left over.
Really good product, instructions clear overall - really nice people and a local company. What's not to like.

Thanks for the feedback Thomas. We use a bucket of hot water, 5>10 minutes, then shake well. this works great for us and they then atopmise nicely. We could thin it so it sprays lovely at all temperatures, but then you would get less protection, product, and likely need a grease.

I TRIED TO ADJUST THE HAND SPRAYER TO GET A ATTOMISING SPRAY BUT NO JOY. ONLY GETTING A FULL STREAM SPRAY AND THE OIL RUNNING DOWN THE CHASSIS, FINAL ADJUSTMENT AND THE SPRAY HEAD COMPLETLEY SNAPPED, CHEAP AND NASTY PLASTIC NOT UP TO THE JOB. NOT THE SAME AS THE ONE ADVERTISED ?.

Pleased with the chassis guard needs a little time with adjusting the spray nozzle otherwise goes on too thick and starts to run and drop. Might try brushing it on instead but overall good coverage
