Designed to remove paint, rust, weld seams and other materials from metal surfaces as well as wood and fibreglass. The disc is made using Polyurethane impregnated with Silicone Carbide which ensures the minimum of damage to the underlying surface.

These are the quickest and easiest means of removing surface rust I have used. Very efficient and not so much residue as blasting.

I saw this as a recommended product when purchasing something else and thought it may be rubbish but actually its ace and strips the rust right back to bare metal very quickly

With the restoration of several fourtraks and custom work I have used buzzweld products for 4 years and can not rate them enough.
These clean and strip discs are extremely good when it comes cleaning of a thick material like stonechip or bitumen type sound deadening that is used in many Japanese 4x4s is the 80s or 90s. They are fast removing the product leaving a clean surface without blocking up or melting the material. Like you'd get using flap discs or wire wheels. Great product with brilliant results and long life.
