Best roller sleeves for CIO 11 June 2020 | Pamela
I had tried a few roller sleeves to use with the CIO coatings. I tried a normal foam roller and it completely warped it making it useless. Then tried a low nap microfibre and it just left fuzzy bits all over. Got them out but that was after trying to remove any lint beforehand. I then tried a fussy bloke roller and it did better but still had the odd fuzzy bit. CIO dries quickly and then dries on the rollers and I ended up with hard dried bits on the ends of my rollers. So I asked the owner of Buzzweld what he would recommend and it was the mini flocked sleeve. I bought 2 and they are by far the best roller sleeve for the CIO. I was able to paint my entire project with it not warping, it didn't leave a single fuzzy behind, it didn't dry out on the ends, held a good amount of paint, and rolled on very smoothly. If you are getting the CIO, get these to go with it! So happy with the quality of these. Thank you
